1. Open the bag and take out the contents.
2. Create artificial pneumoperitoneum: Insert the pneumoperitoneum needle into the abdomen at the lcm above the umbilicus. After confirming that the pneumoperitoneum needle is located in the free abdominal cavity, start the pneumoperitoneum machine and inject carbon dioxide gas into the abdominal cavity to form artificial pneumoperitoneum. 3. Establish a surgical channel: Make 2 to 4 surgical incisions of 5 to 8 mm according to the surgical needs. Generally, the pneumoperitoneum is placed above or below the umbilicus.
